1. Introduction

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

Each individual player may hold only one account on the sbajee platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, sbajee reserves the right to close all associated accounts, withhold any balances, and permanently ban the player from the platform.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid mobile number (registered in your name), and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date at all times.

3.2 Account Security and sbajee Login

All deposits to your sbajee account are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits are typically credited to your sbajee account balance within seconds of a successful transaction confirmation.

sbajee does not charge deposit fees on MFS transactions. However, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which sbajee accepts no responsibility. It is your responsibility to ensure that any funds deposited to sbajee originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is approved.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever operationally possible.

4.3 Currency and Exchange

The sbajee platform operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All account balances, bet amounts, and winnings are displayed and settled in BDT. sbajee does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversion.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Where bonus abuse is identified, sbajee reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings, and to permanently suspend the player's account.

6. Gameplay and Betting Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

All casino games available on the sbajee platform are provided by certified third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. 8. Intellectual Property

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit sbajee's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may close your sbajee account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your nominated payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

12.2 Termination by sbajee

sbajee reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time and without prior notice if we determine, in our reasonable judgment, that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or posed a risk to the integrity of the sbajee platform. In the event of termination for cause, sbajee may withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation.

13. Amendments to These Terms

sbajee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
